If you want my money to buy 500k homes, pay the price. No one needs 5,000 sq ft homes with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

I like it, getting 4.5% on all my money. Thats few thousand yearly. This is low interest rates compared to the 80's you could get 10% interest on CD's. I don't like the stock market thats for the rich. It's about time FED helped someone other than the stock markey.

I don't agree with the rates being this high , with Bideninflation and high interest rates home ownership is out for many people.

I like interest rates where they are, or higher. Borrowing money shouldn't be cheap or free. Free money is what got us into this mess.
