So did the one in West Jefferson the guy behind the counter said it was because they didn't sell very many. Ar15 parts are so cheap that you can build one cheaper and have it set up the way you want instead of what a store carries.

Do people seriously not know why this is going on?? This is sad - more so, because people do not know what is going on right now. Keep watching, "Dancing with the Stars", people!!!

The lack of demand is because they were selling crap models and people figured that out

I don't understand why you think this is newsworthy. It says because of lack of demand, not because of some victory for libtards.

NEW YORK (AP) Wal-Mart says it will stop selling the AR-15 and other semi-automatic weapons at its stores because fewer people are buying them.
The retailer says it will replace them with more hunting rifles and shot guns. Wal-Mart spokesman Kory Lundberg says the semi-automatic weapons were sold at fewer than a third of its 4,600 U.S. stores.
Wal-Mart Stores Inc. is removing the semi-automatic weapons this week as it prepares its stores for fall merchandise. The Bentonville, Arkansas, company says it made the decision earlier this year.
